Kamena Vista is conceived at the scale of a real coastal village, substantial, open and shaped by everyday Mediterranean life. Across approximately 15,000 sqm, traditional Dalmatian homes and premium apartments are planned as a connected hillside neighbourhood, with stone details, planting, local streets and broad views toward the sea. There are no fortified-city references: the intention is a lived-in Marina-inspired setting with the natural character of a larger Croatian village.

A traditional Croatian village setting, five minutes from the beach with olive trees, everyday nature and the freedom to slow down.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF DAY
Villa Dinka is imagined around the small details that make time feel open. Fresh eggs in the morning, tomatoes picked for lunch, a book beneath the olive trees and the quiet sounds of a village beginning its day. The beach is close, but there is no need to rush there. Mountain biking routes begin nearby; nature is present at the door; and the return home is part of the pleasure.
